She was able to get our inspection done completed the day after our bid was accepted. She got the septic/well done the following day. She had banking connections which also saved us money. Andrea also saved us an about a thousand by getting the former owners survey and negotiated no appraisal. Andrea also did the final walkthrough of our new home as we were in Oregon packing up. She was a smart savvy agent and that’s exactly what we needed.
